If a single mother is dating, you can wager she's managing her romantic life the same way as the rest of her life. She is certainly not inexperienced. Even so, every now and then she will get one of those men, who seem to believe that single mothers are easy prey, because they're supposedly so thankful to have someone take an interest in them.
So, what does a single mother expect in a man? She expects much the same things she liked, before she had children. She desires a partner that will join the relationship as an equal, and not with the idea of saving her, or protecting her for the rest of her life. Single mums dating want a real connection with a man who might be prepared to share her sorrows as well as her joys. If a man believes it's all about the good times, she's likely to brand him as childish and leave.
